摘  要:多功能转运站属于一体化布放式深海采矿系统中的关键作业设备,其结构的合理性对整个深海采矿作业系统的正常运转尤为重要,在加工制造前有必要对其结构进行计算分析和优化,以提高系统安全性。该文以某一体化布放式深海多金属结核采矿系统中的多功能转运站为研究对象,通过有限元软件对多功能转运站主框架结构进行强度计算分析,再利用Optistruct软件对其进行拓扑优化,依据拓扑优化结果来优化改进相应结构,并对优化后的结构进行有限元强度计算复核。结果表明:优化后的多功能转运站主框架结构整体质量下降30%,最大等效应力降低25.6%,在工作载荷下满足强度要求。该文研究结果可为转运站样机方案改进和加工制造提供一定的参考。The multifunctional buffer station is a key operational equipment in the integrated deployment deep-sea mining system.The rationality of its structure is particularly important for the normal operation of the entire deepsea mining operation system.Before processing and manufacturing,it is necessary to perform structural analysis and optimization work on its structure to improve system safety.Taking the multifunctional buffer station in the integrated deployment deep-sea mining system as the research object,the strength calculation and analysis of the main frame structure of the multifunctional buffer station are carried out using finite element software.Topological optimization is carried out using Optistruct software,and the corresponding structure is optimized and improved based on the topological optimization results.The strength calculation and review of the optimized structure are carried out.The overall weight of the main frame of the optimized multifunctional buffer station is decreased by 30%,the maximum equivalent stress is decreased by 25.6%,and the strength requirements are satisfied under working load,providing a reference basis for the manufacturing of the buffer station prototype.
