摘  要:复合材料结构制造缺陷及服役中产生的损伤不可避免,因此开展复合材料修复科学与工程技术研究对保障先进航空飞机的全寿命周期安全运行可靠性具有重要意义。本文首先阐述了复合材料修复科学与工程技术的内涵;其次,梳理了目前国内外航空复合材料修复技术的发展方向,着重分析了先进复合材料修复理论、工艺、设计、检测及评估的科学问题及技术难题,并针对功能–承载一体化复合材料结构等新型前沿修复设计与技术进行了重点叙述;最后,展望了未来复合材料修复科学与工程技术的发展趋势,为我国复合材料智能化、快速化修复技术的研究与应用提供参考。Manufacturing defects in composite material structures and damage during service are inevitable,therefore,conducting research on composite material repair science and engineering technology is of great significance for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of advanced aviation aircraft throughout their entire life cycle.This article first elaborates on the connotation of composite material repair science and engineering technology;Secondly,the development direction of aviation composite material repair technology at home and abroad was sorted out,with a focus on analyzing the scientific and technical problems of advanced composite material repair theory,process,design,testing,and evaluation.The focus was also on the new cutting-edge repair design and technology of functional load-bearing integrated composite material structures;Finally,the future development trends of composite material repair science and engineering technology were discussed,providing reference for the research and application of intelligent and rapid repair technology for composite materials in China.
