摘 要:以28tex莱赛尔、亚麻混纺纱(55:45、70:30、85:15)和28tex纯莱赛尔纱线为原料,织造纬平针、1+1罗纹和2+2罗纹共12种织物,对织物吸湿性和速干性对比分析,并对其顶破强力、透气性、悬垂性、抗起毛起球性等测试。结果表明:与纯莱赛尔织物相比,莱赛尔、亚麻混纺针织物吸水率、滴水扩散时间均达标准要求;莱赛尔、亚麻(85:15)2+2罗纹织物芯吸高度仅为96.0mm,未达标准规定;亚麻纤维混纺比≥30%的织物,蒸发速率和透湿量均满足要求,速干性优异。此外,随亚麻纤维含量增加,混纺针织物顶破强力略下降,透气性提升,抗起毛起球性由3级增加为4级,织物悬垂系数增大,较为硬挺,但不影响穿着使用。By using Lyocell/flax blended yarn(55:45,70:30 and 85:15)and pure Lyocell yarn of 28 tex as raw mate-rials,12 kinds of knitted fabrics with weft plain stitch,1+1 rib and 2+2 rib were knitted.The moisture absorp-tion and quick drying properties of fabrics were analyzed,and the bursting strength,breathability,drapability,and pilling resistance were tested.The results show that,Lyocells/flax blended knitted fabric can meet the standard requirements in terms of water absorption rate and water diffusion time compared with pure Lyocell fabric;the 2+2 rib fabric with Lyocell/flax blending ratio of 85:15 gives the wicking height of only 96.0 mm,which does not meet the standard.When the blending ratio of flax fiber equal to or larger than 30%,the fabrics can meet the requirements for evaporation rate and moisture permeability,and have excellent quick drying performance.In addition,with the increase of flax fiber content,the bursting strength slightly decreases,and the breathability improves,the pilling resistance increases from level 3 to level 4,and the drape coefficient increases,becoming more stiff,however,it doesn't affect wearing and use.
