摘 要:传统靛蓝染色需要还原剂还原为隐色体上染,会产生大量含硫废水,因此可实现节能环保且精确可控的电催化氢化还原技术被提出。文中以硫代硫酸钠作为硫源,利用电沉积法制备泡沫镍、泡沫铜、碳毡和不锈钢网不同基底的Ni@S电极,并对其进行形貌结构及电化学性能表征。结果表明,Ni-Ni@S电化学活性面积最大为1048.25cm^(2),Tafel斜率最小为177.5mV/dec,过电位最低为145.8mV,即在低电位时就可达到10.00mA/cm²电流密度,电阻抗测试其电荷转移电阻最小为279Ω,是4种电极中性能最佳的电极基底;以Ni-Ni@S电极为阴极,进行电催化加氢还原染色,并与传统保险粉还原染色织物对比,Ni@S电极可还原靛蓝并上染棉织物,并且K/S值与染料浓度呈正相关,与传统保险粉染色结果相当。Since traditional indigo dyeing requires the reduction of reductants into cryptochromes for dyeing,which generates a large amount of sulphur-containing wastewater,the electrocatalytic hydrogen reduction technology is proposed,which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly as well as precise and contrllable.In this paper,Ni@S electrodes with dfferent substrates,such as nickel foam,copper foam,carbon felt and stainless steel mesh,were prepared by electrodeposition using sodium thiosulfate as the sulphur source,and their morphology structures and electrochemical properties were characterised.The Ni-Ni@S electrochemically active area is calculated to be maximum 1048.25 cm^(2),the Tafel slope is minimum 177.5 mV/dec,the overpotential is minimum 145.8 mV,the current density of 10.00 mA/cm² can be achieved at low potential,and the charge transfer resistance is minimum 279Ω for the electrical impedance test,which is the best performing electrode substrate among the four electrodes.The electrocatalytic hydrogenation reduction dyeing is carried out with the Ni-Ni@S electrode as the cathode,and the comparison with the fabric samples obtained from the reduction dyeing with the traditional insurance powder show that the Ni-Ni@S electrode could reduce indigo and top-dye the cotton fabric,and the K/S value is positively correlated with the dye concentration,which is comparable to the results of the dyeing with the traditional insurance powder.
