摘 要:为了确定丝绒混纺筒纱大生产染色的最佳工艺,从卷绕密度、助剂的选择、染色工艺的合理性等方面进行实践与讨论。通过试验优化了丝绒混纺筒纱染色工艺,该工艺条件下经大生产模拟染色,对染色后纱线的外层、中层、内层的色差及染色前后纱线的回潮率、耐摩擦色牢度和强力指标进行测试。结果表明,该工艺下染色的纱线具有较好的色牢度且无明显色花、色差等问题;总结得出的最佳工艺,对企业的实际生产有一定的指导意义。In order to analyze the best dyeing process of silk and wool blended yarn,the selection of winding density and auxiliaries,dyeing process etc.were discussed.The dyeing process of silk and wool cheese was optimized through experiments.And the color difference between outside,middle and inside of the yarn,the moisture regain,color fastness and strength of the yarn under optimal dyeing process were tested.The results show that the yarn has good color fastness and no obvious dyeing defect or color difference.The best dyeing process of silk and wool blended yarn is summarized and selected,which can provide some development to the practical.
