摘 要:文章主要针对含锦纶或羊毛的织物在贮存中产生的褪色、变色现象,测试18个样品,探究50℃温度环境、95%湿度环境、30%H_(2)O_(2)、0.1mol/LNa_(2)S_(2)O_(3)、人造光、光汗复合、臭氧共7个因素对含锦纶或羊毛的织物褪色及变色的影响。研究得出人造光和臭氧是导致织物变色的主要因素,分析讨论造成该现象的原因,并建议企业在制定标准时将含锦纶或羊毛织物的耐光色牢度合格评价指标定为3~4级,将耐臭氧色牢度合格评价指标定为3~4级。This article mainly focused on the fading and discoloration phenomenon of fabrics containing polyamide or wool during storage.Eighteen samples were tested to explore the effects of seven factors,including 50 C temperature environment,95% humidity environment,30%H_(2)O_(2),0.1mol/L Na_(2)S_(2)O_(3),artificial light,light and sweat compound and ozone on the color fading and color changing properties of textile fabrics.It concluded that artificial light and ozone are the main factors causing fabric discoloration.The causes of this phenomenon were analyzed and discussed,and it recommended that when formulating standards for the industry,the qualified evaluation index of light fastness for containing polyamide or wool fabrics should be set to level 3~4,and the qualified evaluation index of ozone fastness should be also set to level 3~4.
