摘 要:蓝色牛仔作为广受人们喜爱的服饰之一,在其生产过程中,靛蓝染料的还原环节常伴随着严重的环境污染问题。近年来,电化学法还原靛蓝作为一种新兴的清洁替代技术,逐渐引起了研究者的广泛关注。文中系统综述了靛蓝电化学还原技术的现状,深入探讨了靛蓝的直接电化学还原、电催化加氢还原和间接电催化还原3种方法的研究进展。针对当前存在的挑战,提出了潜在的研究方向,并展望了未来的发展趋势,旨在为靛蓝电化学还原技术的深入研究提供学术参考。Blue denim,as one of the widely popular clothing items,often encounters severe environmental pollution issues during its production process,especially in the reduction stage of indigo dyeing.In recent years,the electrochemical reduction of indigo has gradually garnered extensive attention from researchers as an emerging clean alternative technology.Therefore,this paper provides a systematic review of the current status of electrochemical reduction of indigo,delving into the research progress of three methods including direct electrochemical reduction,electrocatalytic hydrogenation reduction and indirect electrocatalytic reduction.Aiming at the existing challenges,this paper puts forward potential research directions and looks into the future development trends,aiming to provide academic reference for the in-depth study of electrochemical reduction technology of indigo.
