义乳及义乳文胸研究现状与发展趋势

摘　　要：乳腺癌是女性最常见的肿瘤疾病之一,佩戴义乳及义乳文胸成为乳腺癌术后患者弥补躯体缺陷、改善外在形象的理想选择。文章通过概述义乳及义乳文胸的定义、分类、功能,从义乳及义乳文胸的佩戴及认知情况、义乳体积预测、义乳文胸结构设计等方面,阐述义乳及义乳文胸的理论研究现状,并对其市场现状进行分析,进一步指出目前义乳及义乳文胸存在的问题。同时提出义乳及义乳文胸数字化设计、个性化设计以及感性设计的发展趋势,为义乳及义乳文胸设计提供借鉴。Breast cancer is one of the most common cancer diseases happened to women.Wearing breast prostheses and mastectomy bra has become an ideal choice for breast cancer patients to make up for body defects and improve their external image.This paper summarizes the definition,classification and function of breast prostheses and mastectomy bra,expounds the theoretical research status from the aspects of the wearing,cognition,volume prediction of mastectomy bra and the structural design of mastectomy bra,analyzes the market status,and then further points out the existing problems.At the same time,it puts forward the development trend of its digital,personalized and perceptual design,which provides some reference for the design of breast prostheses and mastectomy bra.
