摘  要:文章综合国内外文献,从第2组先天淋巴样细胞(ILC2)在支气管哮喘(哮喘)发病过程的作用、针刺调控ILC2治疗哮喘的研究两方面进行总结。研究初步表明针刺可能是通过影响ILC2的分泌和迁移功能等途径,达到减轻哮喘气道炎症、抑制气道高反应性、改善气道重塑的目的,但现有仍存在针刺调控哮喘的ILC2相关通路尚未明确、动物实验及临床研究少、缺乏针刺经ILC2s途径改善激素抵抗性哮喘的机制研究等问题。This paper reviews the role of innate lymphoid cells(ILC2s)in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma and explores the evidence for acupuncture’s regulatory effects on ILC2s in asthma treatment.Preliminary findings suggest that acupuncture may mitigate airway inflammation,curb airway hyperresponsiveness,and enhance airway remodeling in asthma patients by modulating ILC2 secretion and migration.Despite these insights,several challenges remain,including the unclear pathways through which ILC2s are regulated by acupuncture in asthma,a scarcity of animal experiments and clinical studies,and a lack of understanding regarding how acupuncture might improve the mechanisms underlying hormone-resistant asthma via the ILC2 pathway.
