摘  要:放射性碘吸附是核电通风系统的一项重要功能,目前使用颗粒活性炭作为吸附介质的碘吸附器进行放射性净化。但高湿度环境下效率急剧降低、重量大导致更换困难、吸附容量小导致使用寿命偏短等缺陷,影响其应用范围。活性炭纤维作为一种新兴净化材料,其基本性能远优于传统颗粒活性炭,是替代颗粒活性炭的更优解。本文通过实验研究聚丙烯腈基活性炭纤维及粘胶基活性炭纤维在不同三乙烯二胺(TEDA)浸渍浓度下,吸附甲基碘性能的表现。实验结果表明,粘胶基活性炭纤维相比聚丙烯腈基活性炭纤维,在吸附甲基碘方面具有更好的性能,且随着浸渍TEDA浓度的增加,其吸附性能更好,在高湿度下更容获得良好的净化性能。Radioactive iodine adsorption is an important function of nuclear power ventilation system,where granular activated carbon is currently used as the adsorption medium in iodine filters for radioactive purification.However,the limitations of iodine filters have become increasingly evident with use,including significantly reduced efficiency in high-humidity environments,heavy weight that complicates replacement,and limited adsorption capacity that shortens service life,thereby restricting application scope.As a new purification material,the basic properties of activated carbon fiber are far better than the traditional granular activated carbon,and it is a better solution to replace granular activated carbon.The adsorption properties of methyl iodine on polyacrylonitrile-based activated carbon fiber and viscose based activated carbon fiber were studied under different concentrations of TEDA.The experimental results show that viscose activated carbon fiber has better adsorption performance than polyacrylonitrile-based activated carbon,and with the increase of impregnated TEDA concentration,its adsorption performance is better,and it can obtain better purification performance under high humidity.
