摘 要:探讨了超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维生产过程中前后纺牵伸工艺对纤维性能指标及纺丝速度的影响,研究了后纺冷牵牵伸比对纤维强度、模量的影响,进而研究了前纺牵伸比对纤维的强度、模量、纺丝速度、凝胶丝收缩情况的影响。结果表明,后纺冷牵牵伸比的增加,能够有效提高纤维强度;前纺牵伸比的增加,有利于溶剂油的析出,提高纤维生产速度。这为进一步提高纤维产量、改善成品纤维质量的工艺开发,提供了理论及实践依据。This article analyzed the effects of pre-and post-spinning drawing processes on the properties and spinning speed of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fibers during production.The influence of the post-spinning cold drawing ratio on the strength and modulus of the fibers were investigated,followed by the study of the effect of the pre-spinning drawing ratio on the strength,modulus,spinning speed,and gel fiber shrinkage of the fibers.The results indicate that increasing the cold drawing ratio during post-spinning effectively enhance the fiber strength.In addition,increasing the pre-spinning drawing ratio facilitates the precipitation of solvent oil and improves the production speed.These results provide theoretical and practical basis to increase fiber production and improve the quality of the fibers.
