我国造纸用纺织品行业国产化替代现状和机遇

摘　　要：造纸用纺织品主要包括造纸毛毯、造纸成形网和造纸干网,是造纸工业中不可或缺的重要耗材,直接关系着纸企的生产效率和产品质量。但由于我国现代造纸工业起步较晚,在依赖进口纸机的影响下,使得“使用进口网毯”在过去较长一段时期成为纸企的惯性思维。不过,经过20多年来国内造纸网毯产业链企业的积极学习、探索和实践,显著推动了网毯产业链整体技术和产品的升级,并在进口产品的国产化替代方面取得了显著成绩。本文介绍我国造纸用纺织品及其国产化替代现状,分析在其国产化过程中存在的不足、挑战以及国产网毯在高端应用和国际化竞争中存在的机遇,旨在为造纸用纺织品行业上下游企业向高端转型提供参考。Textiles used in papermaking mainly include papermaking felt,papermaking forming fabric and papermaking dryer fabric,which are important consumables in papermaking industry and directly affect the production efficiency and product quality.However,due to the late start of modern papermaking industry in China,under the influence of the dependence on imported paper machines,the use of imported papermaking textiles has become a standard practice among paper companies for an extended period.Fortunately,over the past 20 years,domestic companies along the paper-making fabric supply chain have advanced through extensive learning,exploration,and practice,leading to significant technological and product upgrades and remarkable progress in substituting imported products with domestically produced ones.By introducing the current status of China’s papermaking textiles and their home-made substitution,this paper analyzes the problems and challenges in the process of domestic substitution in China’s papermaking textiles industry,and the opportunities for domestically produced papermaking textiles in the high-end application and international competition,aiming to provide a reference for upstream and downstream enterprises in the papermaking textile industry to advance toward high-end transformation.
