超高分子量聚乙烯黑色纤维的制备及性能研究

摘  要:针对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维由于自身分子结构特性导致的传统染色困难、着色不均及色牢度低的问题,采用不同研磨分散方式制备了炭黑预分散体,并通过原液着色方式纺制出超高分子量聚乙烯黑色纤维。本研究重点对比分析了两种不同分散工艺和不同添加比例的炭黑预分散体对UHMWPE黑色纤维的性能影响。结果表明:经超分散研磨工艺处理的炭黑预分散体更适用于UHMWPE黑色纤维的纺丝生产。当超分散炭黑预分散体添加1%时,UHMWPE黑色纤维的断裂强度达到31.85 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为3.15%;纤维的耐水洗、耐汗渍和耐摩擦色牢度均达到4-5级,纤维耐日晒色牢度可达到5级。最后,该研究不仅实现了原液着色超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的工业化生产,并有望能够为其他高性能纤维的发展提供新的思路和方法。To solve the problems of traditional dyeing difficulty,uneven coloring and low color fastness of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fibers due to their own molecular structure characteristics,carbon black predispersions were prepared by different grinding and dispersion methods,and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene black fibers were spun by dope-dyeing technology.The effects of carbon black predispersions with two different dispersion processes and different addition ratios on the properties of UHMWPE black fibers were compared and analyzed.The results show that carbon black predispersions treated by the super-dispersed grinding process are more suitable for the spinning production of UHMWPE black fibers.When 1%of the superdispersed carbon black predispersion is added,the breaking strength of UHMWPE black fiber reaches 31.85 cN/dtex,and the elongation at break is 3.15%.The fiber showed water washing,sweat stain,and abrasion color fastness levels of 4 to 5,while the sunlight exposure color fastness achieved level 5.Finally,this research not only realizes the industrial production of dope dyed UHMWPE fibers,but also presents new ideas and methods for the development of other high-performance fibers.
