摘　　要：2024年是新中国成立75周年,新中国的对外开放之路也已走过75年。从最初探索性对外开放到改革开放以来全方位对外开放,到加入WTO后深层次对外开放,再到顺应新发展格局和高质量发展的新时代高水平对外开放,中国对外开放事业走过的每一步都是由所处的国内外环境和条件所决定的,而对外开放又深刻影响着中国内部的改革和经济社会的发展。未来的高水平开放将在制度型开放、贸易强国建设、一流外资营商环境营造、区域开放格局平衡和“一带一路”建设方面达到全新的高度。此外,也应重视平衡对外开放中的内外结构问题、数量质量问题、公平效率问题以及西向南向问题。2024 marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China,which has traversed 75 years of opening-up.From the initial exploratory stage of opening door to the outside world,to the comprehensive opening-up after the reform and openingup,then to the opening-up at a deeper level after entry into the WTO and now to a highlevel opening-up in the new era,each step of China's opening-up has been determined by the domestic and international environments and conditions at the time.These choices of openingup have profoundly influenced China's internal reforms and socio-economic development.The future high-level opening-up will reach new heights in terms of institutional opening,building a strong trading nation,creating a first-class business environment for foreign investment,balancing the regional opening structure and promoting the Belt and Road Initiative.Moreover,attention must be paid to balancing issues related to internal and external structures,quantity and quality,equity and efficiency as well as'westward'and'southward'dynamics in china's openingup.
