摘　　要：数字技术领域已经成为创新要素最多、发展速度最快、辐射范围最广的技术创新领域。整理分析欧洲专利局发布的数字技术专利发现:日本的数字技术专利占全球比重逐渐降低,但在数字技术全球创新引用网络中始终占据重要地位,仍然是一个数字技术创新强国,特别是在机器人领域保持着全球领先地位。这些成就得益于战后日本官产学合作模式的推动,但如今日本数字技术创新也存在着投资不足、转型困难、人才匮乏等问题。相比之下,中国的数字经济正蓬勃发展,创新活力持续增强,这为两国在数字技术创新领域的合作带来了广阔空间。然而,双方合作面临一些共同挑战,包括逆全球化与“技术民族主义”抬头、中日关系有待改善、数据安全规则存在分歧等,需要中日两国增强技术互信、建立专业领域的对话机制、拓宽合作空间。The digital technology sector has become an area with the most innovation elements,the fastest development pace and the widest range of influence in technological innovation.By analyzing digital technology patents published by the European Patent Office,this study finds that Japan's share of global digital technology patents has gradually declined.However,Japan still occupies an important position in the global innovation citation network for digital technology and remains a strong innovator in this field,particularly maintaining a leading position in robotics.These achievements are attributed to the post-war collaboration model between the government,industry and academia in Japan.Nevertheless,Japan's digital technology innovation is currently facing challenges such as insufficient investment,difficulties in transformation and a shortage of talent.In contrast,China's digital economy is booming with continuous growth in innovation vitality,presenting broad opportunities for cooperation between the two countries in the field of digital technology innovation.However,there are some common challenges to cooperation,including the rise of anti-globalization and"technotionalism",the need for improved Sino-Japanese relations and differences in data security regulations.It is necessary for both countries to enhance technological mutual trust,establish dialogue mechanisms in specialized fields and expand the space for cooperation.
