百年变局背景下推动东北亚区域经贸合作的对策研究

摘　　要：面对世界百年未有之大变局,加强东北亚地区国家间的经贸合作、构建更加紧密的区域贸易伙伴关系、推动东北亚区域经贸合作高质量发展具有重要的战略意义。目前,东北亚区域经贸合作面临东北亚区域经贸合作机制不健全、能源合作推进滞缓、金融合作进展缓慢、缺乏发达的区域大宗商品期货市场、地缘政治博弈加剧等诸多挑战。东北亚各国应携手并进,共同探索符合自身区域特色与需求的经贸合作模式和机制,共促贸易自由化;深化能源合作,维护区域能源安全;健全金融服务贸易规则体系,促进合作拓展深化;构建东北亚大宗商品期货市场,提升定价话语权;发展良好的经贸关系,逐步改善政治互信,推动东北亚区域经贸合作迈向更高水平的崭新阶段。As the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century,it is of strategic significance for Northeast Asian countries to strengthen the economic and trade cooperation between each other,build closer trade partnerships,and promote high-quality development of trade cooperation.At present,the economic and trade cooperation in Northeast Asia is facing some challenges,such as the unsound mechanism of regional economic and trade cooperation,slow progress in energy and financial cooperation,lack of a developed commodity futures market,and intensified geopolitical tensions.To promote regional economic and trade cooperation,Northeast Asian countries should take the following measures:working together to explore economic and trade cooperation models and mechanisms that meet their regional characteristics and needs and boosting trade liberalization;deepening energy cooperation to maintain regional energy security;establishing a sound system of financial service trade rules and promoting the expansion and deepening of cooperation;building a commodity futures market and enhancing the voice in pricing;developing good economic and trade relations and improving political mutual trust.
