灵性在晚期胃肠肿瘤患者社会支持与疾病获益感间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的验证社会支持对晚期胃肠肿瘤患者疾病获益感的影响和灵性在此关系中的中介作用,为促进胃肠肿瘤患者的心理健康提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2022年2月—2023年12月在广州市中山大学肿瘤防治中心综合中医科住院治疗的300例晚期胃肠肿瘤患者为研究对象。采用一般情况问卷、疾病获益感量表(BFS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、灵性态度及参与列表(SAIL)对患者进行调查。采用Pearson相关分析探讨社会支持、灵性和疾病获益感的相关性。使用SPSS 24.0宏程序PROCESS中的model 4进行中介效应分析。结果本研究共发放问卷300份,回收有效问卷295份,问卷有效回收率为98.33%(295/300)。295例晚期胃肠肿瘤患者BFS、PSSS和SAIL得分分别为(72.62±6.30)、(62.31±10.41)、(100.17±17.34)分。社会支持、灵性均与疾病获益感呈正相关(r值分别为0.540、0.529,P<0.05),社会支持与灵性呈正相关(r=0.611,P<0.05)。社会支持直接正向预测疾病获益感,灵性在社会支持和疾病获益感之间的中介效应值为0.194,占总效应的35.79%。结论为患者提供良好的社会支持的同时,应注重培养患者的灵性,以最大限度地提高患者的疾病获益感。ObjectiveTo examine the effect of social support on benefit finding in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer and the mediating role of spirituality in this relationship,providing insights for promoting psychological well-being in gastrointestinal cancer patients.MethodsA convenience sampling method was used to select 300 inpatients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer admitted to the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine,Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center,from February 2022 to December 2023.Patients were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire,Benefit Finding Scale(BFS),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),and Spiritual Attitude and Involvement List(SAIL).Pearson correlation analysis was used to assess correlations between social support,spirituality,and benefit finding.Mediation analysis was conducted using model 4 in the PROCESS macro in SPSS 24.0.ResultsA total of 300 questionnaires were distributed,with 295 valid responses(effective response rate of 98.33%).The mean scores for BFS,PSSS,and SAIL among 295 patients were(72.62±6.30),(62.31±10.41),and(100.17±17.34),respectively.Both social support and spirituality were positively correlated with benefit finding(r=0.540 and 0.529,P<0.05),and social support was positively correlated with spirituality(r=0.611,P<0.05).Social support positively predicted benefit finding directly,and the mediating effect of spirituality between social support and benefit finding was 0.194,accounting for 35.79%of the total effect.ConclusionsProviding strong social support while fostering patients'spirituality can significantly enhance their benefit finding.
