摘  要:目的探讨线上线下混合式教学在基层养老机构压力性损伤高危群体照护人员中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年12月—2021年12月与临海市第二人民医院合作15所养老机构的100名压力性损伤高危人群照护人员为研究对象。采用随机数字法将研究对象分为对照组(n=50)和试验组(n=50)。对照组采用面对面常规培训方法;试验组采用线上线下混合式教学方法,干预时间为3个月。比较干预前后两组的照顾行为、压疮认知和照顾负担情况。结果干预后,试验组的压疮照顾行为问卷得分、压疮患者主要照顾者压疮认知问卷得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的护理者负担量表得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用线上线下混合式教学有利于提高基层养老机构压力性损伤高危群体照护人员的压疮认知水平和行为、减轻照顾负担,值得在基层养老机构中推广应用。ObjectiveTo explore the effectiveness of online and offline blended teaching in caregivers of individuals with high-risk pressure injury in primary elderly care institutions.MethodsFrom December 2020 to December 2021,convenience sampling was used to select 100 caregivers of individuals with high-risk stress injuries from 15 elderly care institutions in cooperation with the Linhai Second People's Hospital as participants.The participants were randomly divided into a control group(n=50)and an experimental group(n=50)using the random number method.The control group was treated with usual face-to-face training,and the experimental group was treated with online and offline blended teaching,with an intervention period of three months.The two groups'caring behavior,pressure injury knowledge,and caregiver burden were compared before and after the intervention.ResultsAfter the intervention,the scores of the Pressure Ulcer Caring Behaviors Questionnaire and Caregivers'Knowledge about Pressure Ulcer Questionnaire in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of the Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsOnline and offline blended teaching is beneficial for improving the knowledge and behavior of caregivers of individuals with high-risk pressure injury in primary elderly care institutions,reducing caregiver burden,and is worth promoting and applying in primary elderly care institutions.
