射频消融与臭氧注射联合针刺治疗对神经根型腰椎病患者疼痛和脊柱功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨射频消融术与臭氧注射联合针刺治疗对神经根型腰椎病患者疼痛及脊柱功能的影响。方法:回顾性分析2022年3月-2023年6月济宁骨伤医院收治的80例神经根型腰椎病患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组采用射频消融治疗,研究组采用射频消融与臭氧注射联合针刺治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度及脊柱功能恢复情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组疼痛数字评分法评分、腰椎功能障碍指数评分均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:射频消融术与臭氧注射联合针刺治疗神经根型腰椎病患者,有助于提高治疗效果,缓解患者的疼痛程度,促进患者脊柱功能的恢复。Objective:To investigate the effects of radiofrequency ablation,ozone injection combined with acupuncture on pain and spinal function in patients with radicular lumbar spine.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with radicular lumbar spine disease in Jining Bone Injury Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with radiofrequency ablation,while the study group was treated with radiofrequency ablation,ozone injection combined with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and recovery of spinal function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of numerical pain rating scales and Lumbar dysfunction index in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation,ozone injection combined with acupuncture in the treatment of radicular lumbar disease is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect,relieve the degree of pain and promote the recovery of spinal function.
