血府逐瘀口服液联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者接受血府逐瘀口服液联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗的效果。方法:选取2021年8月-2022年8月历城区中医医院收治的64例老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者为研究对象,按电脑变量分组法将其分为对照组及研究组,各32例。对照组采用常规药物联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗,研究组在此基础上采用血府逐瘀口服液治疗。比较两组的中医证候评分、血脂水平及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,研究组的中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者接受血府逐瘀口服液联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗的效果显著,可改善脂代谢,其服用后无不良反应,安全有效,具有较高的参考价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Oral Liquid combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods:A total of 64 elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia admitted to Licheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to the computer variable grouping method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs combined with Atorvastatin Calcium,and the study group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Oral Liquid on this basis.The TCM syndrome score,blood lipid levels and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.75%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Oral Liquid combined with Atorvastatin Calcium has significant therapeutic effect in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia,which can improve lipid metabolism.It is safe and effective with no adverse reactions,and has high reference value.
