中医辨证施护对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度及功能康复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医辨证施护对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度及功能康复的影响。方法:选取2023年1-9月宁夏回族自治区中医医院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医辨证施护。两组均护理2周。比较两组患者的疼痛情况、腰椎功能康复情况、运动功能、生活质量及护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,日本骨科协会腰椎功能评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表中各项评分及健康调查简表中躯体疼痛、生理功能、精神健康、总体健康状态评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症患者采用中医辨证施护的效果显著,可促进腰椎功能改善,缓解疼痛,提高肢体运动能力,提升生活质量,患者对护理服务的满意度较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation nursing on pain degree and functional recovery in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation nursing based on the control group.Both groups were carod for two weeks.The pain,lumbar function recovery,motor function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the pain visual analogue scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association lumbar spine function score,the Fugl-Meyer assessment scores and physical pain,physical function,mental health,and general health status scores in the health survey summary table were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation with TCM syndrome differentiation nursing has a remarkable effect,which can promote the improvement of lumbar function,relieve pain,improve limb movement ability,improve life quality,and patients have a high satisfaction with nursing services.
