摘　　要：目的:探究以King互动达标理论为指导的康复护理干预对脑卒中患者的影响。方法:选取四平市中心人民医院2023年2月-2024年1月收治的98例脑卒中患者为研究对象,以密闭信封法将其分为对照组及观察组,各49例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用以King互动达标理论为指导的康复护理。两组均干预2个月,比较两组患者的锻炼积极性、负性情绪、认知功能及生活质量。结果:干预后,观察组的锻炼积极性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的简易智能精神状态检查量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的世界卫生组织生活质量评定量表中各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以King互动达标理论为指导的康复护理能提高脑卒中患者的锻炼积极性,疏解其负性情绪,改善患者认知能力,提高其生活质量。Objective:To explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention guided by King interactive standard theory on stroke patients.Methods:A total of 98 stroke patients admitted to Siping City Central People’s Hospital from February 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by sealed envelope method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation nursing guided by the King interaction standard theory.Both groups were treated for 2 month.The exercise enthusiasm,negative emotion,cognitive function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the exercise enthusiasm score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the minimental state examination score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of the World Health Organization quality of life-100 scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing guided by the King interaction standard theory can improve the exercise enthusiasm of stroke patients,relieve their negative emotions,improve their cognitive ability and improve their quality of life.
