丹芪通脉胶囊治疗急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)采用丹芪通脉胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2024年2月菏泽市中医医院收治的60例急性NSTEMI患者,以随机数字表法分成治疗组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组给予丹芪通脉胶囊联合常规西医治疗,比较两组临床疗效、心绞痛发作情况、硝酸甘油用量、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组心绞痛发作次数均少于治疗前,心绞痛持续时间均短于治疗前,且治疗组心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,心绞痛持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组硝酸甘油用量少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组cTnI、CRP、NT-proBNP水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组LVEF均高于治疗前,LVEDD均低于治疗前,且治疗组LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹芪通脉胶囊用于治疗急性NSTEMI,可提高临床疗效,缓解心绞痛症状,减少硝酸甘油用量,减轻心肌受损程度与炎症反应,促进心功能改善。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Danqi Tongmai Capsules on acute non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI).Method:A total of 60 cases of acute NSTEMI patients treated in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given Danqi Tongmai Capsules combined with conventional western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy,angina pectoris attack,nitroglycerin dosage,cardiac troponin I(cTnI),C reactive protein(CRP),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris in both groups were less than those before treatment,and the duration of angina pectoris were shorter than those before treatment,and the frequency of angina pectoris in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of angina pectoris was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of Nitroglycerin in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cTnI,CRP and NT-proBNP in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF in both groups were higher than those before treatment,LVEDD were lower than those before treatment,and LVEF in treatment group was higher than that in control group,LVEDD was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danqi Tongmai Capsules in the treatment of acute NSTEMI can improve the clinical efficacy,relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris,reduce the dosage of Nitroglycerin,reduce the degree of m
