正清风痛宁穴位注射配合小针刀治疗颈性眩晕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨正清风痛宁穴位注射配合小针刀治疗颈性眩晕的效果。方法:研究纳入2022年1月—2023年12月抚州市第一人民医院接收的120例颈性眩晕患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)与观察组(n=60)。对照组采用小针刀疗法,观察组在对照组基础上采用正清风痛宁穴位注射疗法。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后颈性眩晕症状与功能[颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)]、血清炎症因子[内皮素(ET)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)]。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,较对照组的83.33%高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组颈性眩晕症状与功能评分均较对照组高,ET、IL-6、TNF-α水平均较对照组低,躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能评分均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正清风痛宁穴位注射配合小针刀治疗颈性眩晕能显著提高效果,改善患者颈性眩晕症状与功能,降低血清炎症因子水平,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning point injection combined with small acupotomy in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Method:This study included 120 patients with cervical vertigo admitted to the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from January 2022 to December 2023,they were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)by random number table method.The control group was treated with small acupotomy therapy,and the observation group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning point injection therapy based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptoms and function of cervical vertigo[evaluation scale for cervical vertigo(ESCV)],serum inflammatory factors[endothelin(ET),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and quality of life[generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms and functional scores of cervical vertigo in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of ET,IL-6 and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group,and the scores of physical,social and psychological function were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhengqing Fengtongning point injection combined with small acupotomy can significantly improve the effect in the treatment of cervical vertigo,improve the symptoms and function of cervical vertigo of patients,reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors,and improve the quality of life.
