摘  要:目的:探讨早期功能锻炼及个体化疼痛干预对膝关节置换术后患者的影响。方法:将三明市第二医院于2021年1月—2024年1月收治的82例行膝关节置换术患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组41例。对照组应用早期功能锻炼,研究组在对照组基础上联合个体化疼痛干预。比较两组疼痛情况、膝关节功能、并发症及满意度。结果:两组术后4 h时视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后8、12、24 h时VAS评分与对照组比较均较低(P<0.05)。两组出院1个月及出院2个月美国特种外科医院(HSS)评分与术前相比均呈升高趋势,且研究组升高均更为明显(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(2.44%)低于对照组(19.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度(95.12%)高于对照组(73.17%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期功能锻炼及个体化疼痛干预可有效缓解膝关节置换术后患者疼痛感,有利于促进膝关节功能恢复,降低并发症风险,患者具有较高的满意度。Objective:To explore the effects of early functional exercise and individualized pain intervention on patients after knee replacement surgery.Method:A total of 82 patients who underwent knee replacement surgery at the Second Hospital of Sanming City from January 2021 to January 2024 were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received early functional exercise,and the study group combined individualized pain intervention on the basis of the control group.Pain,knee function,complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups at 4 h after surgery(P>0.05).VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 8,12 and 24 h after surgery(P<0.05).The hospital for special surgery(HSS)scores of the two groups showed an increasing trend compared to preoperative scores after 1 month and 2 months of discharge,and the increase was more significant in the study group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group(2.44%)was lower than that of the control group(19.51%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group(95.12%)was higher than that of the control group(73.17%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early functional exercise and individualized pain intervention can effectively alleviate pain in patients after knee replacement surgery,promote knee function recovery,reduce the risk of complications,and provide high satisfaction of patient.
