摘　　要：目的:分析焦点管理循环(FOCUS-PDCA)程序的护理管理在肝癌介入术治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年5月新余市人民医院收治的103例肝癌患者,均拟接受肝癌介入术治疗。以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)、观察组(n=53),其中对照组单纯实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施FOCUS-PDCA程序的护理管理。比较两组的康复指标、生活质量及并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后排气时间、排便时间、置管时间、下床活动时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FOCUS-PDCA程序的护理管理可加快肝癌介入术患者术后康复速度,降低不良反应发生率,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of nursing management of focus management cycle(FOCUS-PDCA)in interventional treatment of liver cancer.Method:A total of 103 patients with liver cancer admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2021 to May 2024 were selected to receive interventional treatment for liver cancer.They were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=53)by random number table method.The control group only received routine nursing,and the observation group received FOCUS-PDCA nursing management based on the control group.The rehabilitation indexes,quality of life and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:Postoperative exhaust time,defecation time,catheterization time,getting out of bed activity time,bowel sound recovery time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing management of FOCUS-PDCA program can accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients with liver cancer after interventional surgery,reduce the probability of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life.
