摘　　要：目的:探讨远距离照护模式联合以家庭为中心的健康教育对门诊糖尿病患者服药依从性的影响。方法:选取抚州市第一人民医院门诊2022年6月—2024年6月收治的符合条件的80例糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,各40例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用远距离照护模式联合以家庭为中心的健康教育干预。评估两组患者的服药依从性、血糖水平、自我管理水平、生活质量。结果:干预后,观察组的服药依从率、自我管理水平评分与对照组相比均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的血糖水平、生活质量评分与对照组相比均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者采用远距离照护模式联合以家庭为中心的健康教育可提升服药依从性,控制其血糖情况,提升患者的自我管理能力,改善生活质量。Objective:To explore the effects of distance care model combined with family-centered health education on medication adherence of outpatient diabetic patients.Method:A total of 80 eligible diabetic patients admitted to the Outpatient Department,the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from June 2022 to June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group,the control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with distance care mode combined with family-centered health education intervention.Medication adherence,blood glucose levels,self-management levels,and quality of life were assessed in both groups.Result:After intervention,the medication compliance rate and self-management level scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the blood glucose levels and quality of life scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of distance care mode combined with family-centered health education for diabetic patients can improve medication compliance,control blood glucose,improve patients'self-management ability,and improve quality of life.
