摘 要:在油气生产运行过程中,由于设备内部常存在大幅度的压力波动,易遭受冲蚀磨损,一旦发生刺漏和破裂,则极有可能导致人员伤亡,造成严重后果。基于防砂工具冲蚀损坏的调研分析,通过冲蚀模拟试验探讨了在不同流体流量、携砂比、固相颗粒大小以及连续相黏度等因素下,多层充填和压裂施工的管柱系统发生冲蚀破坏的规律。试验结果表明,影响充填管孔冲蚀磨损的主要因素是液固多相流的排量,此外,固体颗粒浓度较高时可能会出现颗粒沉积现象。同时,考虑工具结构参数和冲蚀流动参数,构建了一套关于防砂工具冲蚀损坏的预测模型,利用冲蚀模型对管道壁面的冲蚀速率分布进行了计算,并对其主要冲蚀特征进行了描述。最后,根据仿真试验结果对现有工具提出结构优化建议,提高了管柱的总体性能和可靠性,为后续构建防砂工具冲蚀预测模型提供借鉴与参考。Due to strong pressure fluctuations inside equipment in the process of oil and gas production and operation,it is prone to undergo erosion and wear.Once puncture and fracture occur,it is very likely to cause casualties and serious consequences.Based on investigation and analysis of erosion damage to sand control tools,the patterns of erosion damage in tubular pile system of multi-layer filling and fracturing construction was studied through erosion simulation experiments which under different conditions of fluid flow rates,sand carrying ratios,solid particle sizes and continuous phase viscosity.The findings showed that the main factor affecting erosion of filling pipe hole is output volume of liquid-solid multiphase flow.In addition,there might be instances of particle deposition when particle concentration is high.At the same time,considering tool structural parameters and erosion flow parameters,a predictive model for erosion damage of sand control tools was developed.The model was utilized to calculate erosion rate distribution and describe main erosion characteristics.Finally,based on simulation test results,structural optimization suggestions were proposed for existing tools,which may improve overall performance and reliability of tubular pile and provide reference for subsequent construction of erosion prediction model for sand control tools.
