摘  要:对耐湿硫化氢腐蚀专用低合金稀土钢09Cr2AlMoRE进行成分微调及热处理强化改性试验,结果证明09Cr2AlMoRE在成分微调和热处理强化改性后,其强度和硬度均达到了预期效果。通过限定钢中非金属夹杂物级别,使得材料的综合性能更好。用两种改性工艺制造的螺栓在430 MPa恒载荷应力腐蚀试验中均未发现应力腐蚀裂纹,从而证明其能够满足该材料在湿硫化氢腐蚀环境中使用的性能要求。Composition trimming and heat treatment strengthening and modification trial were conducted on 09Cr2AlMoRE,a low alloy rare-earth steel specially designed for wet resisting hydrogen sulfide corrosion.The results revealed that the strength and hardness of 09Cr2AlMoRE achieved expected effects after the trials.By limiting the level of non-metallic inclusions in steel,the overall performance of the material was improved.Stress corrosion cracks were not found on bolts manufactured by applying two modified processes in 430 MPa constant load test,proving that the processes can meet requirements of the material in wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion environment.
