摘 要:碳钢及低合金钢设备在硫化氢环境中使用时其腐蚀较为严重。硫化氢不仅可以使材料表面发生腐蚀,还能促使钢材内部结构发生改变,使其性能下降,从而造成重大的经济损失以及人身安全事故。某石化公司2.5 Mt/a柴油加氢装置脱硫后循环氢中硫化氢质量浓度高于3000 mg/m^(3)的情况频繁出现,对循环氢脱硫塔后路临氢管线和设备产生较高的腐蚀风险,不利于装置的长周期运行。该文探讨和分析了贫液流量、塔操作压力、塔盘开孔率和贫液浓度等因素对循环氢脱硫效果的影响,并采取工艺优化措施降低循环氢中硫化氢含量,将脱硫后循环氢中硫化氢质量浓度控制在500 mg/m^(3)以下,从而达到环保要求,同时减轻设备腐蚀,为优化生产操作提供依据。Carbon steel and low-alloy steel equipment experienced severe corrosion when used in hydrogen sulfide environments.Hydrogen sulfide can not only corrode the surface of materials,but also make a change in the internal structure of steel,resulting in a decrease in its performance and causing significant economic losses and personal safety accidents.The mass concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the circulating hydrogen after desulfurization of a 2.5 Mt/a diesel hydrogenation unit in a petrochemical company frequently exceeded 3000 mg/m^(3),posing a high risk of corrosion to subsequent hydrogen pipelines and equipment,and affecting the long-term safe operation of the unit.The effects of lean liquid flow rate,column operating pressure,tray opening rate and lean liquid concentration on the efficiency of circulating hydrogen desulfurization were discussed and analyzed.Moreover,process optimization measures were taken to reduce the hydrogen sulfide content,and the mass concentration of hydrogen sulfide in circulating hydrogen after desulfurization was controlled below 500 mg/m^(3),thus meeting the requirements of environmental protection,while decelerating the corrosion of equipment,and providing references for optimizing production operations.
