摘  要:焦炭塔是焦化装置的重要设备之一,其塔顶安全阀作为关键的安全屏障,能够在系统压力异常升高时及时释放压力,防止设备超压。与安全阀相连的入口管线,一旦发生腐蚀泄漏,极易引发事故,威胁企业安全生产。针对焦化装置焦炭塔顶安全阀入口管线泄漏典型案例,从运行工况、管线材质、腐蚀类型、检测数据及腐蚀产物分析等方面进行综合分析,明确了露点腐蚀、H_(2)S+HCl+H_(2)O腐蚀和铵盐垢下腐蚀是导致管线发生泄漏的主要原因,并提出了材质升级、运行环境管理强化、定期检验检测等应对措施,以避免焦炭塔顶安全阀入口管线泄漏问题的发生,从而保障焦化装置的安全稳定运行。Coke tower is one of the important equipment in the coking unit.As a key safety barrier,safety valve at the overhead can release the pressure in time when the system pressure rises abnormally and prevent the equipment from overpressure.Once corrosion leakage occurs in the inlet pipeline connected with the safety valve,it is easy to cause accidents and threaten the safety production of enterprises.Based on a typical case of leakage in the inlet pipeline of the safety valve at the overhead in a coking unit,a comprehensive analysis was conducted from the aspects of operating conditions,pipeline materials,corrosion types,detection data,and corrosion product analysis.It was determined that dew point corrosion,H_(2)S+HCl+H_(2)O corrosion,and under-deposit corrosion of ammonium salt were the main causes of pipeline leakage;Measures such as material upgrading,strengthening of operating environment management,and regular inspection and testing were proposed to avoid the occurrence of leakage,thereby ensuring the safe and stable operation of the coking unit.
