摘 要:针对某低品位铜钴矿浸出—脱铜—净化后的低钴溶液,以活性氧化镁为中和剂,考察了一段沉淀工艺中和剂用量、时间、钴锰质量比(Co/Mn)等对钴及杂质沉淀效果的影响。结果表明,MgO加入量为理论量的1.20倍,沉淀时间8 h,Co/Mn=5.95时,Co、Mn沉淀率分别为88.30%和44.80%,氢氧化钴产品中Co含量36.85%,杂质Mg、Mn分别为2.15%和2.73%。基于一段沉钴优化条件,考察了两段中和沉钴循环试验。结果表明,MgO加入量为理论量的1.20倍,Co/Mn=5.95时,一段中和时间8 h,二段中和时间3 h,Co、Mn整体沉淀率分别为96.63%和34.67%,氢氧化钴产品中Co含量37.70%,杂质Mg、Mn分别为2.48%和2.85%。相比而言,两段沉钴方案Co沉淀率高,杂质Mn沉淀率低,两段沉钴方案适宜处理该低钴溶液。Using active magnesium oxide as neutralizer,the effects of dosage of neutralizer,time and the mass ratio of cobalt to manganese(Co/Mn)on the precipitation of cobalt and impurities in the low cobalt solution of a low grade copper-cobalt ore after leaching,copper removal and purification were investigated.The results show that when the dosage of MgO is 1.20 times of the theoretical amount,the precipitation time is eight hours,and Co/Mn=5.95,the precipitation rate of Co and Mn is 88.30%and 44.80%,respectively,the content of Co in cobalt hydroxide products is 36.85%,and the impurities Mg and Mn are 2.15%and 2.73%,respectively.Based on the optimal conditions of one-stage cobalt precipitation,the experiment of two-stage cobalt precipitation cycle was conducted.The results show that when the dosage of MgO is 1.20 times of the theoretical amount,Co/Mn=5.95,the first neutralization time is eight hours,the second neutralization time is three hours,the overall precipitation rate of Co and Mn is 96.63%and 34.67%,respectively,the Co content in cobalt hydroxide products is 37.70%,and the impurities Mg and Mn are 2.48%and 2.85%,respectively.Compared with the one-stage cobalt precipitation scheme,the two-stage scheme has higher cobalt precipitation rate and lower impurity manganese precipitation rate.The two-stage cobalt precipitation process is suitable for treating the low cobalt solution.
