摘  要:针对高砷次氧化锌灰多有价金属的高效回收,以及砷在锌冶炼系统的合理开路难题,以高砷次氧化锌灰三段逆流浸出得到的低酸浸出液为原液,研究了低酸液初始酸量、硫化剂量、反应时间、温度等因素对砷脱除效果及铟夹杂损失行为的影响。结果表明,低酸液选择性硫化除砷效果显著,在初始酸量40 g/L、硫化钠用量为理论量的1.25倍、反应时间2 h、温度70℃等优化工艺条件下,沉砷后液砷含量<1 g/L,砷脱除率达88.09%,铟损失率仅为8.15%,砷沉淀率/铟损失率比值达11,硫化砷渣中As含量达32.77%,为锌冶炼砷的合理开路提供新的思路。Aiming at the problem of efficient recovery of amount of valuable metals from zinc suboxide ash containing high arsenic content and reasonable opening of arsenic,the low-acid leaching solution obtained by threestage countercurrent leaching of high-arsenic zinc oxide ash containing high arsenic content was used as the raw solution,the effects of multi-dimensional factors such as the initial amount of acid of low-acid leaching solution,sulfide dose,reaction time and temperature on arsenic removal efficiency and indium inclusion loss behavior were studied.The results show that under the optimal conditions including the initial amount of acid of 40 g/L sodium sulfide,dosage of 1.25 times the theoretical amount,reaction time of two hours and temperature of 70℃,the selective sulfide precipitation with low acid solution has remarkable effect on arsenic removal.The content of arsenic in the liquid is less than 1 g/L,the removal rate of arsenic is 88.09%,the loss rate of indium is only 8.15%,the ratio of arsenic precipitation rate to indium loss rate is 11,and the content of As in the arsenic sulfide slag is 32.77%.It provides a new idea for the rational opening of zinc metallurgy.
