摘  要:针对某企业产生的电解金属锰阳极泥,采用碳热还原焙烧—酸浸工艺回收其中的Mn和Pb。首先利用化学分析剖析该阳极泥的化学物相及元素组成,然后采用焙烧条件试验,并借助X射线衍射表征手段以及HSC chemistry热力学分析软件,揭示锰、铅元素在碳热还原焙烧过程中的相变规律,为电解锰阳极泥还原焙烧工艺优化提供理论指导。Carbothermal reduction roasting and acid leaching process was used to recover Mn and Pb from electrolytic manganese metal anode slime produced by an enterprise.First,the chemical phase and element composition of the anode slime were analyzed by chemical analysis,and then the phase transformation law of manganese and lead elements during carbothermal reduction roasting process was revealed by roasting condition test,X-ray diffraction characterization and HSC chemistry thermodynamic analysis software,which providing theoretical guidance for the optimization of reduction roasting process of electrolytic manganese anode slime.
