摘 要:对某矿区高硫铝土矿进行了不同焙烧方式的脱硫试验,提出了一种模拟流态化焙烧脱硫过程的静态焙烧试验方法,进行了系统的焙烧脱硫试验,确定了较适宜的焙烧脱硫工艺条件,考察了焙烧过程对精矿溶出性能的影响。在磨矿粒度250μm筛下含量≥90.84%、焙烧温度580~600℃、焙烧时间2 min的条件下,精矿中全硫(ST)含量可降低至0.50%左右,S2−含量不超过0.10%;在石灰添加量10%、溶出温度265℃、溶出液αk=1.35~1.39及溶出时间50 min的条件下,精矿的氧化铝溶出率>89%,溶出赤泥A/S=1.31~1.34,N/S=0.15~0.16。在相同溶出试验条件下,与原矿相比,焙烧精矿溶出性能变化不大。Desulfurization experiments on high-sulfur bauxite ore from a certain mining area were carried out with different roasting methods,and a static roasting test method which can simulate the fluidized roasting desulfurization process was proposed.The appropriate technological conditions of desulfurization by roasting were ascertained after systematic roasting desulfurization tests,and the effect of roasting process on the digestion performance of the concentrate was investigated.The total content of sulfur(ST)in the desulfurized concentrate is about 0.50%and S2-content is≤0.10%,under the conditions including the weight percent of the ground bauxite particles passing through 250μm of>90.84%,roasting temperature of 580-600℃,and roasting time of two minutes.The alumina digestion rate of the roasted concentrate is 89%above,A/S of the red mud is 1.31-1.34 and N/S of the red mud i s 0.15-0.16 under the conditions including lime addition of 10%,digestion temperature of 265℃,αk of the digestion liquor of 1.35-1.39,and the digestion time of 50 minutes.Compared with the raw high-sulfur bauxite,the digestion performance of the roasted concentrate has been changed little under the same laboratory digestion conditions.
