摘  要:以沼气渣和锰渣为原料,采用混合-共热解法制备了负载锰渣的生物炭复合吸附材料(MBC)。通过静态吸附试验探究了热解温度、锰渣与沼渣的质量比、溶液初始pH和材料投加量对吸附Sb^(3+)效果的影响,结合XRF、XRD、FTIR、SEM-EDS和XPS等表征方法探究其吸附机理。结果表明,MBC表面孔隙结构较为丰富,且负载着许多铁、锰、钙化合物,SiO_(2)、CaCO_(3)和CaS是MBC的主要晶相。在热解温度为600℃、质量配比m(锰渣)∶m(沼渣)为6∶4、初始pH为3、投加量为20 mg的条件下,MBC对Sb^(3+)的最大吸附量为28.71 mg/g,比改性前提高了60.82%。MBC对Sb^(3+)的吸附机理主要包括共沉淀、氧化还原反应、络合作用和离子交换。Biochar composite adsorbent(MBC)loaded with manganese slag was prepared by mixed-co-pyrolysis method using biogas slag and manganese slag as raw materials.The effects of pyrolysis temperature,mass ratio of manganese slag to biogas residue,initial pH value of solution and adsorption material dosage on the adsorption of Sb^(3+)were investigated by static adsorption experiments.The adsorption mechanism was explored by XRF,XRD,FTIR,SEM-EDS and XPS.The results show that the surface pore structure of MBC is rich and loaded with many iron,manganese and calcium compounds.SiO_(2),CaCO_(3)and CaS are the main crystal phases of MBC.Under the conditions of pyrolysis temperature of 600℃,mass ratio of manganese slag to biogas residue of 6∶4,initial pH value of 3 and adsorption material dosage of 20 mg,the maximum adsorption capacity of MBC to Sb^(3+)is 28.71 mg/g,which is 60.82%higher than that of before modification.The adsorption mechanism of Sb^(3+)on MBC mainly includes co-precipitation,redox reaction,complexation and ion exchange.
