摘　　要：针对连铸方坯在轧制成圆管坯的过程中部分表面缺陷会遗传至圆管坯表面,并在后续钢管轧制过程中形成废品的问题,基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元模拟软件,通过全轧程的数值模拟,分析了圆管坯在开坯轧制的10个道次以及精轧的3机架连轧过程中的轧制断面及应变分布,旨在跟踪轧件关键点,精准确定铸坯某一位置在轧制完成后对应的成品位置。结果表明,铸坯内弧在轧制完成后对应成品的位置为轧制方向左侧的93.6°,为进一步优化无缝管生产工艺提供了重要的参考依据,以更好地控制最终产品的几何精度和质量。To solve the problem that some surface defects of continuous casting billets could be inherited to the surface of the round tube blanks during the rolling process into round tubes,resulting in reject products in the subsequent rolling process of steel tubes,those sections of rolled pieces and their strain distributions were analyzed in the process of rough rolling by 10 rolling passes and subsequent finish rolling by three-stand continuous rolling based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element simulation software,combined with numerical simulations of the whole rolling process,which intended to track the key points on the blank and accurately determined the corresponding positions of finished products at specific locations on the same blank after rolling.The analytical results indicated that the inner arcs of the casting round tube blanks corresponding to the finished products after rolling located at 93.6°on the left of the rolling direction,which provided important reference for further optimizing the production process for seamless steel tubes and therefore the geometric accuracy and quality of the finished products could be controlled accurately.
