摘  要:为了深入了解片层状珠光体的生长情况,借助相场法并结合COMSOL软件,对U75V轨道钢进行了微观组织模拟,探讨了冷却速度对珠光体片层间距的影响,并与U75V钢的实际组织进行了对比分析。结果表明,在0.8℃/s和2.3℃/s两种冷却速度下,由相场法模拟得到的片状珠光体的片层平均间距分别为0.24μm和0.18μm。此外,与U75V钢实际微观组织进行对比分析,发现相场法仿真结果与实测值基本一致,表明建立的相场模型以及选用的物性参数符合实际情况。In order to deeply understand the growth of lamellar pearlite in U75V rail steels,the microstructures in U75V rail steels were studied simulatively by means of the phase-field method together with the COMSOL software,while the effect of cooling rates on the interlamellar spacing of pearlite was discussed.And then the simulated microstrutures were compared to the actual microstructures in U75V steels and analyzed.The analytical results showed that the average lamella spacing of lamellar pearlite obtained by phase-field simulation at two different cooling rates of 0.8℃/s and 2.3℃/s was 0.24μm and 0.18μm respectively.In addition,based on contrastive analysis over actual microstructures in U75V steels and simulated microstructures obtained by phase-field method,it was found that the simulated results were basically consistent with the measured values,which demonstrated that the established phase-field model and the selected physical parameters were in line with the actual situation.
