摘  要:通过分析实验钢表面氧化铁皮的微观形貌及物相组成,并结合失重和酸洗行为分析明确了影响带钢酸洗效率的主要因素。结果表明,硅含量较高的带钢在基体附近存在硅富集层,氧化铁皮厚度、物相组成和硅在基体附近的富集是影响酸洗效率的主要因素。建立了以硅含量和卷取温度为变量的酸洗分级数学模型并匹配相应的酸洗工艺数据库,应用后实现了不同酸洗难度产品的精细化酸洗,酸洗效果良好,该模型推进了酸洗技术向工业智能化及数字孪生方向转型。By analyzing the microstructures and phase compositions in terms of the oxide scales on the surface of the experimental steels,and combining the analysis on weight loss and acid behavior,the main factors affecting the acid washing efficiency of the steel strips were identified.The verified results indicated that steel strips with relatively higher content of silicon exhibited silicon-enriched layers near their substrates,and therefore the thickness of iron oxide scales,phase compositions and silicon enrichment near the substrates were the main factors affecting the pickling efficiency.After that,the mathematical model for pickling classification with content of silicon and coiling temperatures as variables was established and provided with its corresponding database on pickling process.After the model was put into application,sophisticated pickling for products with different pickling difficulties were achieved,indicating a good pickling effect.So this model promoted the pickling technology to the transition of directions towards the industrial intelligentizing and digital twinning.
