摘  要:基于摩擦热处理技术研发了医疗废物消毒—脱水—减容一体化智能处理设备。结果表明,医疗废物经该设备处理后消毒效果和污染控制能满足相关标准,可用于就地化、分布式等多种医疗废物无害化处理场景,可补齐偏远地区的医疗废物处理设施短板,其处理的技术成本低于其他医疗废物处理技术,具有一定的市场应用前景。Based on the friction heat treatment technology,this research developed an integrated intelligent processing equipment for disinfection,dehydration and volume reduction of medical waste.The results indicated that after being processed by this equipment,medical waste met the disinfection effect and pollution control standards.It could be applied to various scenarios of harmless treatment for medical waste,such as on-site and mobile ones.It covered remote areas and filled the gap of medical waste disposal facilities.The cost of the friction heat treatment technology was much lower than other treatment technologies,so it has certain market application prospects.
