浅谈西南工区页岩气井压裂砂堵处置工艺

摘　　要：页岩气压裂施工过程中,砂堵是影响压裂施工质量最重要的因素。根据西南工区主体区块页岩气井地质特征和工艺特点,结合目前压裂施工砂堵原因,采取小排量试挤、挤酸、快速放喷、连续油管冲洗井等多项重要解堵措施,建立页岩气井压裂砂堵处置程序,对页岩气井的压裂改造具有重要的指导意义。Sand plugging is a major factor affecting the quality of fracturing operations in shale gas wells.This study,based on the geological characteristics and operational features of key blocks in the Southwest Work Area,identifies the causes of sand plugging during fracturing operations.Measures such as small-volume squeeze tests,acid squeezing,rapid well unloading,and coiled tubing flushing are implemented,forming a fracturing sand plugging mitigation procedure in shale gas wells.These measures provide significant guidance for fracturing treatments in shale gas wells.
