摘 要:为保障荆州油区稳产,实现荆州油区剩余油有效动用,开展油区瘦身井钻井试验,在造斜段钻进过程中出现瘦身井单弯螺杆工具造斜率不足的问题。基于纵横弯曲连续梁理论,考虑井径扩大率的影响,建立瘦身井单弯螺杆BHA力学分析模型,以钻头侧向力作为评价瘦身井单弯螺杆造斜能力的指标,分析了钻具组合参数对瘦身井单弯螺杆造斜能力的影响,并进行现场钻井试验。结果表明:随着钻压增大、L1段减小、井径扩大率减小、扶正器外径变大,钻具组合造斜能力增强;单弯螺杆的弯角对钻具组合造斜性能影响较大,螺杆的弯角越大,钻具组合造斜能力越强;瘦身井单弯螺杆BHA模型预测值与实际值基本一致,最大误差仅为12.2%,验证了本文所建立模型的合理性与准确性。To ensure stable production and effective utilization of remaining oil in Jingzhou Oilfield,slimhole well drilling experiments were conducted.Challenges included insufficient build-up rates with single-bend PDM tools during build-up section drilling.Based on the continuous beam theory,considering borehole enlargement rates,a mechanical analysis model for single-bend BHA in slimhole wells was established.Lateral drill bit forces were used as evaluation indicators for build-up capability.Drilling experiments demonstrated that increased weight on bit,reduced section length(L1),smaller borehole enlargement rates,and larger stabilizer diameters enhanced build-up capability.Moreover,the bend angle of the BHA significantly influenced performance,with larger angles providing better build-up capabilities.The model's predicted values closely matched actual results,with a maximum error of only 12.2%,validating its reasonableness and accuracy.
