摘  要:为简化多级射孔现场施工中的射孔枪串装配,缩短整个枪串长度,更有利于泵送作业,引进模块化分簇射孔技术,作业现场仅需装配雷管,射孔枪串连接全部变为触点方式。试验证明,模块化分簇射孔技术能够降低现场作业人员的劳动强度和心理安全压力,提升了多级射孔作业的安全性和工作实效,同时发现触点连接方式存在多处不足,需进行技术迭代。该成果供广大射孔专业同仁参考与借鉴。To simplify the perforation gun string assembly process during multi-stage perforation operations,reduce the total length of gun strings,and facilitate pumping operations,modular cluster perforation technology was introduced.In this technology,field operations require only detonator assembly,and all perforation gun connections use contact-based methods.Testing demonstrated that modular cluster perforation technology reduces the labor intensity and psychological pressure of field personnel,enhances the safety and efficiency of multi-stage perforation operations,but revealed several shortcomings in the contact connection method that require technical iterations.This outcome provides a valuable reference for perforation professionals.
