关于生产运行智能管控平台在采油厂应用的探索与研究

摘　　要：中石化胜利油田清河采油厂以信息系统为基础,确立以生产指挥中心负责生产运行、指挥协调为核心的运行模式,由“管正常”转变为“管异常”,由“人找事”转变为“事找人”,构建信息化条件下“集中监控、无人值守、有人巡检、专业维修”的生产运行体系。为做好厂管站支撑,信息中心组织建设了涵盖巡检、拉运、设备管理、任务调度等生产场景的生产运行智能管控平台,平台促进了生产组织方式的创新,推动了“厂直管班站”新体制的有效实施,为油田的持续发展提供了有力支撑。Qinghe Oil Production Plant,Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Company,established an smart operation management platform centered around a production command center.This model transitioned operations from managing“normal conditions”to“exception handling”and from“people finding issues”to“issues finding people.”The platform integrates systems for inspection,transportation,equipment management,and task scheduling,supporting a“centralized monitoring,unattended operation,supervised inspection,and specialized maintenance”framework.It has effectively optimized production organization and enhanced operational efficiency.
