硝呋太尔联合氟康唑治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病合并需氧菌性阴道炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨硝呋太尔联合氟康唑治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病合并需氧菌性阴道炎的效果。方法选取2021年1月至12月我院收治的46例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病合并需氧菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为常规组和观察组,每组23例。常规组给予氟康唑治疗,观察组在常规组基础上应用硝呋太尔治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的Nugent、Donders评分及阴道pH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的Nugent、Donders评分及阴道pH值低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的TNF-α、CRP、IL-6及IL-8水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的1年内复发率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论硝呋太尔联合氟康唑治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病合并需氧菌性阴道炎可快速改善患者疾病症状,调节阴道pH值,减轻局部炎症,且不增加不良反应,疗效理想。Objective To explore the effect of nifuratel combined with fluconazole in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis complicated with aerobic vaginitis.Methods A total of 46 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis complicated with aerobic vaginitis admitted in our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into conventional group and observation group,with 23 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with fluconazole,and the observation group was treated with nifuratel on the basis of the conventional group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Nugent,Donders scores and vaginal pH value between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the Nugent,Donders scores and vaginal pH value in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TNF-α,CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);the recurrence rate within 1 year in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifuratel combined with fluconazole in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis complicated with aerobic vaginitis can quickly improve the symptoms of patients,regulate vaginal pH value,reduce local inflammation,and do not increase adverse reactions.The curative effect is ideal.
