温通逐瘀汤保留灌肠辅助治疗气滞血瘀证慢性盆腔炎急性发作的效果及对ICAM-1、MMP-2、MCP-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨温通逐瘀汤保留灌肠辅助治疗气滞血瘀证慢性盆腔炎急性发作的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月收治的82例气滞血瘀证慢性盆腔炎急性发作患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用常规西药方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加温通逐瘀汤保留灌肠。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,世界卫生组织生活质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温通逐瘀汤保留灌肠辅助治疗气滞血瘀证慢性盆腔炎急性发作的效果满意,可抑制ICAM-1、MMP-2及MCP-1水平,改善患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Wentong Zhuyu decoction retention enema in adjuvant treatment of acute attack of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 82 patients with acute attack of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome admitted from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Wentong Zhuyu decoction retention enema on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),matrix metalloproteinases-2(MMP-2)and monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Wentong Zhuyu decoction retention enema in adjuvant treatment of acute attack of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome has satisfactory effect,it can inhibit the levels of ICAM-1,MMP-2 and MCP-1 and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worth promoting.
