童趣化图文动画宣教护理在乳牙根管治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨童趣化图文动画宣教护理在乳牙根管治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2023年1月至12月上海市儿童医院口腔科收治的120例行根管治疗的龋病患儿为研究对象,采取随机抽样法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用童趣化图文动画宣教护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果试验组的根管治疗时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿家长的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组的东安大略儿童医院疼痛评分量表(CHEOPS)评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)各维度评分高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论童趣化图文动画宣教护理在乳牙根管治疗中的应用效果显著,可缩短治疗操作时间,减轻疼痛程度,提高舒适度与护理满意度,值得在临床应用与推广。Objective To explore the application effect of children's interesting graphic animation education and nursing in root canal therapy of deciduous teeth.Methods A total of 120 children with dental caries who underwent root canal therapy in the stomatology department of Shanghai Children's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and experimental group by random sampling method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given children's interesting graphic animation education and nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The root canal treatment time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of parents in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario Pain Scale(CHEOPS)score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Kolcaba General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The children's interesting graphic animation education and nursing in the root canal treatment of deciduous teeth has a significant application effect,it can shorten the treatment operation time,reduce the degree of pain,improve the comfort and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
