摘 要:心力衰竭(HF)是临床上一种常见的心血管疾病,目前的治疗方法有药物治疗、器械治疗及新兴的干细胞治疗和基因治疗等。本文阐述了引起HF的一些病理生理机制和氧疗在其中所起的作用。除一般治疗外,氧疗也可作为HF患者的辅助治疗。今后的研究需要关注个体化治疗策略,为促进氧疗在HF治疗中的进一步应用展开探索。目前研究发现微压氧治疗能够提高氧供减轻心肌缺氧和抑制炎症反应等机理,为HF患者带来了新的氧疗途径。本综述为临床医生提供新的治疗思路,对指导HF患者的个体化治疗有借鉴作用,能够提高患者的生活质量并改善预后。Heart failure(HF)is a common cardiovascular disease in clinical practice.The current treatment methods include drug therapy,device therapy,emerging stem cell therapy and gene therapy,etc.This article describes some pathophysiological mechanisms of HF and the role of oxygen therapy in it.In addition to the usual treatment,oxygen therapy can also be used as an adjuvant treatment for patients with HF.Future studies need to focus on individualized treatment strategies to promote the further application of oxygen therapy in the treatment of HF.Recent studies have found that microbaric oxygen therapy can improve oxygen supply to reduce myocardial hypoxia and inhibit inflammatory response,which brings a new oxygen therapy for patients with HF.This review provides clinicians with new treatment ideas,which can be used as a reference for guiding the individualized treatment of HF patients,and promote the improvement of patients'quality of life and prognosis.
