摘　　要：头颈部恶性肿瘤常出现周围淋巴结转移,行清扫术后主要并发症之一为淋巴漏,该并发症对患者的营养、代谢乃至生命健康都可能产生重要影响。本文就目前颈部淋巴结清扫术后淋巴漏的临床治疗情况展开综述,以期能够提高临床的认识。Peripheral lymph node metastasis often occurs in head and neck malignant tumors,one of the main complications after dissection is lymphatic fistula,which may have an important impact on the nutrition,metabolism and even life of patients.This article reviews the current clinical treatment of lymphatic fistula after cervical lymph node dissection,in order to improve clinical understanding.
