醒脾养儿颗粒联合推拿疗法在小儿急性非细菌性腹泻中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨醒脾养儿颗粒与推拿疗法结合治疗小儿急性非细菌性腹泻对症状缓解及胃肠功能的效果。方法:本研究为前瞻性研究,将2022年7月—2023年6月江阴市中医院收治的96例急性非细菌性腹泻患儿按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=48)给予醒脾养儿颗粒治疗,联合组(n=48)则在此基础上实施推拿疗法。比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)及肠道菌群。结果:联合组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组中医症候各项积分、GAS及MOT水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组大肠埃希菌数量少于对照组,肠球菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脾养儿颗粒联合推拿疗法可有效改善急性非细菌性腹泻患儿的临床症状、调节胃肠功能及肠道菌群。Objective:To explore the effects of Xingpi Yanger Granules combined with massage therapy on symptoms relief and gastrointestinal function of acute non-bacterial diarrhea in children.Method:In this prospective study,96 children with acute non-bacterial diarrhea admitted to Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to June 2023 were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=48)was treated with Xingpi Yanger Granules,and the combined group(n=48)was treated with massage therapy on this basis.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms scores,gastrin(GAS),motilin(MOT)and intestinal flora of the two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of combined group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptoms scores,GAS and MOT levels in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of Escherichia coli in combined group was less than that in control group,the number of enterococcus,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingpi Yanger Granules combined with massage therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with acute non-bacterial diarrhea,regulate gastrointestinal function and intestinal flora.
